Ms. FAN Li has 12 years of experience in the field of intellectual property. She is not only good at using patent big data to carry out industrial intellectual property policy research, but also good at digging in patent information for scientific and technological innovation to support the innovation and development of universities, scientific research institutes and scientific and technological innovation enterprises. She has been responsible for the completion of many patent information analysis projects of China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China, and China Association for Science and Technology etc., has presided over the completion of a number of patent analysis projects about specific technology/product in chemical, chemical engineering, material, pharmaceutical and energy etc. field, including the patent layout analysis of competitors, the patent layout scheme constitution of innovation achievement, the patent infringement risk assessment of product, the patent pre-examination before filing, patent navigation for enterprises, and patent analysis etc. She has rich experience in providing services for enterprises, and has also made many lectures for research personnel and intellectual property staff of enterprises.

Ms. FAN Li is a high-level training talent of CNIPA, a training teacher of CNIPA, and a Chinese patent attorney. She obtained the title of Associate Researcher in 2011,participated in the review work of Chinese Patent Attorney Examination in 2013, and joined the revision drafting group of “Guidelines for Patent Examination” in 2016.
